At this point I’m even considering if it has somehow been empowered by that Lord Kharava dude. He IS apparently the one that convinced Vanessa to steal the Sabr suit, after all.
Or maybe I should just invoke the MST3K mantra, as this is definitely not a particularly serious comic in which a ridiculously overadvanced anime-style power-armor would be out of place.
Who is not to say the suit is the one that convinced her to liberate it and wreak vengeance upon the military that passed it over for inferior equipment.
It all depends upon how the weapon-teleportation function actually works. If it’s something akin to a transporter, you’d be right, a high-powered scrambler type transmitter would wreak absolute havoc on it. If it works on a practical form of quantum entanglement, messing it up would be possible, but an open warp core is a hefty thing to be lugging around, to say nothing of the various and sundry forms of radiation being emitted by it. For the purposes of the comic, I think that the weapon-teleport system is plotonium powered, and has no battlefield weaknesses by virtue of that.
The system might be well shielded from damage or disruption but the transport it is in could well be grounded thus limiting the mobility and range of the suit indirectly.
Not necessarily grounded, but a weakness. Looking back, the suit seems to deploy from a stealthed/chameleoned aircraft (here: http://miss-melee.com/comic/4-5/). Nail the support, suit is stuck with whatever loadout it has at that time, or worse, loses power supply, turning into a bulky top-heavy target.
Sonic canons are nothing but very powerful PA systems that are designed for more focused use. The military, and unfortunately some police forces who demonstrate a complete lack self control, have them deployed already.
Several container ship companies have deployed sonic cannon on their ships to deter pirates from boarding. The military has combination systems that use sound to start with, and if the aggressor persists, they switch over to microwave. Typical result is roughly equivalent to 2nd degree sunburn.

This suit is vastly more technologically advanced then anything we’ve seen in the rest of the series.

I will pay you one million dollars if she busts out a “My name is SABR and I’m here to say” rhyme. Think about it.
Get ready for the drop.
I have to believe that the weapon-teleportation thing is a weakness. How hard would it be to disrupt it mid-teleport?

Shot your wad, didn’t ya’, bucko? Standing there like a doof won’t help.
Maybe she’s about to bust out some rocking tunes while she kicks some ass.
