Ah, that’s what that “digitized” effect was. Teleportation. This suit can teleport modules back and forth from an orbiting satellite? That is pretty hardcore.
I have to wonder how hard it is to jam that teleportation beam. Would a physical obstruction do it? What if the suit gets damaged, so the teleportable modules don’t attach properly?
If the real military tried to make armor that shape, someone would be sued for sexual harassment. There is no functional reason to make it look like a bikini and it actually is less protective than a simpler chest plate. Looking sexy in a robo-suit… nailed that
As so MM thought to herself “Damn kids these days and their high tech fads. Back in my days, a sewing machine and a sleepless night was all I needed to make a cool suit!”

Omelette functionality was scheduled for the production version but sadly the S.A.B.R. project never went past prototype stage.

Not orbiting satellite, invisible hover car. You can see it’s outline at the top of the strip.
Ah (again). Thanks, good catch.

She’s basically Megaman
aaaaaaaaaaaaawesome. was not expecting something so scifi-cool. the military never has taste.
They actually do but it is mostly bad except for the air-force, they go for pretty over functional or cost effective.

It is an unwritten law in comics: thou must always dress your attractive female characters in form-fitting, flattering clothes no matter what.
If the armor was functionally designed, we’d see a barely humanoid hulking shape that could be just as easily male or female.
