A telekinetic? Maybe a telepath too? They’re the worst and by far the most difficult antagonists to fight and beat. Correct me if I’m wrong but is this the first overtly metahuman antagonist in the comic so far?
Depends how we’re defining Miss Melee’s chi-based powers. Although even if they are really superpowers then I don’t think either martial arts adversary actually has been seen using any; I’m just assuming that they have some.
Dismantled. All the parts seem to be fine, just separated. Assuming he can find them all, he could (conceivably) put said firearm back together (training & practice dictating the speed with which this can be accomplished).
It’s entirely possible that it’d be easier to dismantle a gun than to tear it apart – it’s either super human strength to crush and/or tear metal that’s designed to contain literal explosions, or moving a few things in different directions with the amount of force that most people could achieve with no more than a screwdriver. It basically depends on whether she can make multiple things move in different directions…

Unusual looking wand.
Judging by the chapter title page, this villain is a self-proclaimed queen, so that’s probably a scepter.
Yup. We’ll see if it’s just a prop or if it’s the source of her power.
What will this mean for Miss Melee and Kid Melee!?
Obligatory “Is that Anna?”

Hey! That was a perfectly good pistol you just destroyed!
That’s a police issue glock. Calling it “perfectly good” is a bit of a stretch.

This also means that our villain has a fair amount of finesse & control, to dismantle it so.
