Nah, too easy and too early to beat the villain. Unless the rest of the issue is about Jan and Jackie coming to terms with who they are to each other, inside and outside of costume.
The heroes could just hold/barricade the door shut until the cops get there to collect Bouncy Belle. And maybe they can make sure to get her out of the power suit before they leave this time.
They must have locked her up in a freezer.
Nothing like a little mother-daughter bonding

Too early? But this comic consistently has issues be 20 pages long, and this is page 19.
Maybe they’ll make sure she actually gets out of her suit and into effective confinement this time.
Who could she possibly be under that bafflingly concealing helmet and visor? Surely nobody either of them have met.
Commercial freezers are required to have handles on the inside of the doors. Can’t have people freezing solid, y’know.
Yeah, it’s cool to live in the comics verse where OHSA regulations are just suggestions!

She’d have to stop bouncing around first. I think the plan is to tire her out while also using the cold to make the rubber her suit brittle.
Miss Melee could have arranged for the inside handle to be (temporarily) disabled, of course…
“Chill!”
Insert a variety of Mr. Freeze quotes from Batman and Robin here.
A plan in a superhero story is only good if it includes a number of situational-appropriate puns.
