To quote The Joker: “Where does he get those wonderful toys?” I’m serious. I’m wondering if Kharva is doling out cheap but significant technological care packages to the theme criminals in the city (like with SABR but less radically advanced) in order to test or weaken Miss Melee.
Of course, from Kharva’s earlier appearances, it seems that he has his own long-term scheme in place with which Miss Melee’s return to active heroics appears to be interfering, so it may just be something he was doing anyway.

Not sure about the villains, but don’t most heroes get their “wonderful toys” at the Mall Of Justice?

ACME for all your superheroeing needs
Miss Melee needs to wash her costume later.
Polecat must be a very adept thief, indeed, to steal Goku’s Power Pole.

Ooooooh…he’s a 10ft pole cat. Gatcha. 😊
Seems like Pole Cat has the staff of the Monkey King!
Can our Dynamic Duo handle this Felonious Feline?!
Sorry, I’ve always wanted to do that.
Of course they can. Pole Cat is the hat trick, the triple crown of their evening. Start with two cats, end with the third.
don’t you mean… *cat* trick?
He’s seems so happy with himself… for burning his one good surprise on buying himself, what 20 seconds?
